Juniper Rose Kombucha - (16oz bottle)

A special blend used in Hinterland Brewery's Luna Coffee Stout. Delicious as a coffee or in beer! The basis for Hinterland’s Luna Stout Beer, this blend contains 3 coffees: Brasil, Guatemala, and an African coffee that changes seasonally. The Brasil provides that nice chocolate base, the Guatemala builds on that with some mellow nut and melon flavors, and the African coffee provides that interesting high fruited note.

This FTO Chiapas is sourced from family owned farms organized around the Cooperativa de produccion Tzeltal-Tzotzil. Coffee farms from this organization tend to be less than ten acres in size and produce honey as well as coffee. Expect a creamy mouthfeel, with notes of milk chocolate, lemon, and nut.

A mix of Sumatran and Mexican coffee gives this blend an interesting mix of dark chocolately/earthy flavors with that of nut/milk chocolate. A portion of the proceeds of this coffee goes to benefit the Wisconsin Humane Society - Green Bay Campus.
