Mixed Meat Sampler Box - Small
This box contains a minimum of 11 pounds of assorted Beef, Chicken & Pork.
These mixed meat boxes are brought to us by SLO Farmers Co-op where they encourage folks to know your farmer and know your food. SLO Farmers Co-op farms meet SLO standards and are transparent in their practices. All feeds are non-GMO, all animals have access to pasture, and all meats are cured without nitrates/nitrites.
This box contains a minimum of 11 pounds of assorted cuts including:
- 1 lb - Bacon
- 2 lbs - Pork Chops
- 1 lb - Breakfast links or patties
- 2 - Porterhouse or rib eye steaks
- 2 lbs - Ground Beef ()
- 3 lbs - Half/whole chicken
