Ravioli - Honeynut Butternut Squash Vegan (12 Pieces)

This butternut squash ravioli is made from the prized Honeynut butternut squash. One, if not the most, flavorful of all butternut squashes. Great all by itself or as part of your favorite ravioli dish! All Dalla Terra ravioli is hand crafted from small batches just like grandma use to make it.
The filling is a double roasted honeynut squash (very creamy and naturally sweet), with a hint of sea salt and cayenne pepper to enhance the squash flavor. One of our favorites is to make with a brown butter sauce with leeks and parmesan cheese with a little pasta cooking liquid.
Ingredients: Durum Wheat (niacin, iron, thiamine, riboflavin, folic acid) & Italian Sea Salt, cayenne pepper & Filling: Double roasted Honeynut butternut squash.
Cooking Instructions: Thaw before cooking. Prepare by boiling or sautéing. Bring water to a boil and add salt. Add ravioli. Boil gently for 2-3 minutes and cook to desired tenderness. Sauté in pan with olive oil and/or butter. Gently heat oil/butter on medium heat then quickly add ravioli sautéing lightly on each side until slightly brown (1-2 minutes)

Liam and Kithara Connolly, son and daughter-in-law to Cyndi, currently own and operate the business and continue to supply the Fox Valley and Wisconsin with high quality pasta. Dalla Terra is Italian for “from the land”. The vibrant colors are achieved using whole food vegetable purees and spices as opposed to powders or dyes typically found in mass produced pasta.
