Mixed Meat CSA Box - Family Share

This is a six box nine month CSA commitment that provides a great value. Each box contains a minimum of 36 pounds of assorted Beef, Chicken & Pork.
These mixed meat boxes are brought to us by SLO Farmers Co-op where they encourage folks to know your farmer and know your food. SLO Farmers Co-op farms meet SLO standards and are transparent in their practices. All feeds are non-GMO, all animals have access to pasture, and all meats are cured without nitrates/nitrites.
This box contains a minimum of 36 pounds of assorted cuts including:
- 4 pounds ground beef in 1 pound packets
- 3-5 pounds Roasts
- 3 pounds of steaks
- 2-4lbs Stew/Fajita Meat, 1/4lb Patties, Sausages, Hot Dogs, or beef Sticks
- 2 whole chickens (depending on size, approximately 8-12 lbs. total)
- 1-2 pounds of bacon
- 3-4 one-pound packets of processed pork (brats, Italian sausage, breakfast links, or ground pork)
- 5-7 pounds of pork cuts (roasts, chops, ribs, steak)
- 3-4 pounds of ham
By purchasing this subscription box, you are making a commitment to farmers in the SLO Famers Co-op to purchase a minimum of six full share Mixed Meat CSA Boxes over a nine month period. For this commitment they are providing a 12% discount on each box of meat you will receiving. Initially, boxes 2-6 will automatically be set up for delivery once a month from the date your first box is delivered.
